Salon Policy and Etiquette

Gift Certificates

Non refundable and non transferable. Vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase unless other wise stated. Can be purchased as a monetary value or full price treatment in store or over the phone. Advance booking is essential and subject to availability.

Special Offers

Special offers and promotional discounts are by use of code only. If you do not include the correct code as a note on your booking or during checkout you will not receive the discount. They are not applied automatically.

Prices

All prices displayed on Booksy are correct at time of booking. Lash And Beauty Collective reserve the right to adjust or amend prices without prior notice. Changes will not affect existing bookings.

Payment

Cash, card or upfront payment in full for bank transfers. Payment links will be sent for gift vouchers.

Deposits

Deposits are required for bookings whereby treatments reach a specific value or time, multiple treatments, new customers and during busy seasonal periods. Deposits should be paid within seven days of making the booking using the payment link which is sent via text. Any deposit paid will be deducted from final treatment price but is non-refundable if less than 48 hours' notice given to cancel or amend. Please note seasonal bookings may require payment in full and are subject to 7 days' notice to cancel. (See cancellation policy)

Refunds

We do not offer refunds except when a deposit has been paid and a positive reaction occurs following a patch test. We aim to fix or correct any defective work that is reported within 48 hours from treatment. However, this will be at the therapist / managers discretion.

Bookings

Bookings can be made 24/7 using our booking app. www.labco.booksy.com We encourage customers to download the app and add us to favourites. From here you will be able to manage each booking conveniently.

Treatment times

All times displayed on Booksy are given as guidance. If time is a concern please advise us at the start of your treatment.

Safety

To ensure your safety we are required to keep up to date records of medical history and treatments. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your medical information such as pregnancy, surgery or any medication changes, as certain products can cause adverse effects.

Salon Etiquette

No smoking, vaping, eating of hot food or consumption of alcohol allowed. No U16s allowed in the salon unless receiving a treatment. (Please note not all treatments are suitable for U16s).

Please remove all traces of eye make-up for lash treatments. You wouldn't turn up to the dentist without brushing your teeth!

All our products are EU regulated. We also stock a vegan and cruelty free gel polish.
