Cancellation Policy

 

We are fully aware that sometimes circumstances beyond our control may mean you have to cancel or are unable to get to us on time. We try to be as flexible as possible when this happens, however please be aware of the following policies:

 

Cancellation – 48 hours’ notice please 

If you need to cancel or make amendments to your appointments, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer spaces to other customers who may already be on a waiting list. We just ask for 48 hours notice to allow us to do this. If your appointment is cancelled/part cancelled/ or amended without 48 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of the treatment price. This will be added to any future treatments you book. Same day cancellations will incur 100% charge of cancelled treatment/s. Where a deposit has been paid to secure a booking please be aware that this is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice. You will also be required to pay an additional deposit should you wish to rebook.

During busy seasonal periods 7 days notice to cancel will be required. Where a deposit has been paid this will be non-refundable. 

 

Late Arrival – we may have to rebook

A few minutes late is ok, but anything more than 10-15mins means that we cannot give you the proper treatment you deserve. For instance, if you are 15 minutes late to an hour appointment i.e. a gel polish, we may have to rebook your entire treatment as we would not be able to soak off existing polish and reapply in time. You would however still be charged the full price.

We know this maybe frustrating for customers who have had to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons, or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we need to allow other customers to keep to their appointment times.

 

No shows / Same Day Cancellations – thankfully this doesn’t happen often

For the longer treatments and multiple bookings we always request a deposit which usually helps eliminate any no shows. In the exceptional circumstance where a no show occurs any future bookings will incur a 100% charge of the missed treatment price.

For those life critical moments that are out of our control, we will try and be as fair as we possibly can, we just ask that you simply call us to explain. Same day cancellations or no shows just mean someone else has missed out on some pampering and our therapists have a loss of income.
